Customised Art

Payment

We accept payment via direct deposit, credit card or PayPal. Please specify your preferred method of payment in your order email and payment details will be emailed to you.
PayPal is easy, free and secure and has over 2 million Australian users. It allows you to conveniently and securely shop online with your credit card without sharing sensitive financial information. To find out more about PayPal click here. Your order will be processed once the funds have cleared.

Timing

All orders will be sent within 3 days of payment, except Personalised Heart Boxes which are made to order. They will be sent within 14 days of payment receipt.

Commissioned portraits generally take 6 weeks to complete following final brief.

Delivery within Australia

Delivery within Australia takes 1 - 7 working days via courier or Australia Post, depending on your order and location.

Delivery cost and method will be advised upon enquiry/order.

We take great care when packing and sending your artwork. If goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to discuss an appropriate solution.

As the artist Lisa Tilse retains the copyright to all artwork and intellectual property. All layout, design and material - including this website - is protected by copyright. You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish or distribute any of the content of this website without express permission.

Portraits When you commission a portrait you own the printed artwork only, not the content. Any reproduction without express written consent is strictly prohibited. If you would like any further reproductions of your commissioned portrait they must be done by us to meet our high printing standards. Your portrait will always be exclusive to you - although The Red Thread reserves the right to use the image for self promotion purposes only.

Colour

Due to variations in colour and calibrations of monitors and printers the colours in Red Thread artwork will vary somewhat from what you see on screen.

Privacy

Your personal information will never be passed on to another party - we respect your privacy and keep personal information confidential. We will only ever use your email address to let you about new products or sales events.
